A form will be sent to you via post asking some very personal and private questions regarding the childs age (actual and mental), medical history and current state of health. Your response will be held in the strictest of confidence and is requested only to establish whether it is possible for the Charity to fund the granting of a Childs wish.

You will see from THE DREAMS website page the many activities that the Charity has achieved. Transport, travel, hotels etc are specifically orchestrated to assist the family with the Special Child. It is asked when referring a child's wish to the Charity committee that you let us know how many members of your family would like to attend. The Charity fully appreciates the need to include all family members to make this time exceptionally special.
